SHIPPING RATES & DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide from Peru using DHL Express as our primary carrier.

Shipping rates applies as following: 

Note: Rates include packaging, insurance, and handling.

The shipping offers listed above are valid only on merchandise ordered from patapampa.com. 

DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP) - NO SURPRISE FEES Sol Alpaca operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

• All applicable custom fees, import duties, and local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

• The price you pay at completion of your order is final. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

• In the unlikely event that the courier charges you additional fees, please contact customer_service@patapampa.com immediately to arrange a resolution

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4 to 10 business days.

• Exclusions: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or statutory holidays in both Peru and the United States

DELIVERY CONDITIONS 

• Address Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Sol Alpaca is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

• Signature Required: For your security, all high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.

• On Demand Delivery (ODD): If the delivery date isn’t convenient for you, use DHL’s tracking tool to set up On Demand Delivery (ODD). Through this service, you can decide when and where you want it delivered, or specify who will be receiving it.

SHIPPING DELAYS & TRACKING

• Standard Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 4 to 10 business days.

• Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Mother’s Day, please allow up to 3 additional business days for processing and delivery.

• Remote Warehouses & Special Cases: In certain instances where merchandise is located in remote warehouses or if an unforeseen delay occurs, our team will contact you directly via email to provide an updated delivery estimate.

• Holidays: Orders are not expedited on weekends or statutory holidays, in  Peru.

• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, a delivery estimate, and a link to DHL's online tracking tool.

VIRTUAL GIFT CARDS

If you purchase a virtual gift card, it will be sent to you by email. 

The total value of your package will be identified on the packing slip and in your shipping confirmation email.
